New Estate started in 2002 when at the demise of the band Sleepy Township, New Estate are at the forefront of the Melbourne indie scene. The band have have shared the stage with Clap & Say Yeah, Tucker B's, Love Of Diagrams, Gaslight Radio, Mid State Orange & The Cannanes. The new album 'Out of the Ground' is produced & recorded by Simon Grounds (Snout, the Underground Lovers, Royal Chord, Rocket Science).
