Mozart/ McDermott/ Lang-Lessing - Piano Concertos 3

The first two volumes of Anne-Marie McDermott's Mozart piano concerto cycle with the Odense Symfoniorkester have received a superb critical reception. Volume 3 of the series hears the great American pianist in Mozart's final piano concerto, K. 595, paired with Mozart's sparkling, heartbreaking E-flat concerto, K. 449. The Odense Symfoniorkester is led by the German conductor, Sebastian Lang-Lessing. Among an elite group of virtuosi performing today, American pianist Anne-Marie McDermott has concertized throughout the United States, Europe and Asia. Her rich recorded catalog includes the complete Prokofiev sonatas (BRIDGE 9298A/C), all of George Gershwin's piano music with orchestra (BRIDGE 9252) and a new series of Mozart piano concerto recordings with the Odense Symphony in Denmark (BRIDGE 9518, 9523). She is an Artist Member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center, and is the Artistic Director of the Bravo! Vail Music Festival and Santa Fe Pro Musica, the Ocean Reef Chamber Music Festival and the McKnight Chamber Music Festival.
