Mozart/ Anima Musicae Chamber Orchestra - Divertimenti & Eine Kleine Nachtmusik

The three divertimenti could be called the juvenilia of a sixteen-year-old young man were it not for Mozart who had become a perfect master of his craft by that time. Known all over Europe he had already been composing works and several operas for ten years. The program, featuring three early divertimenti, KV136-38, culminates in the Eine kleine Nachtmusik, KV525, an emblematic piece of entertainment music in his time. The repertoire of the award-winning ensemble Anima Musicæ covers all the important eras of chamber music from the Baroque through the 20th c. masterworks to contemporary music.
