Moniuszko/ Sutowicz/ Piotr - Paria

Following on from their widely acclaimed recording of Halka (8.660485-86), the Poznan Opera presents this new recording of Moniuszko's last opera, Paria, conducted by Jacek Kaspszyk. Although Paria was misunderstood by critics at it's premiere, the moving themes of exclusion and the power of social rules now make it an opera for our times.
