Moana (2026)

Disney's vibrant, live-action reimagining of it's 2016 animated adventure classic casts Catherine Laga'aia as the Maori chieftain's daughter sailing on a mission to reverse the mystic blight claiming her Polynesian isle; and Dwayne Johnson in a reprisal of his vocal role as the arrogant demigod Maui, whose cooperation in the quest would determine her success or failure. With Rena Owen, John Tui, Frankie Adams, and Jemaine Clement returning as the voice of Tamatoa. 115 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
