A body-bar interval program that integrates both cardio and toning into all the exercises you'll burn fat and sculpt your body at the same time. The workout is structured with separate aerobics and toning segments. Within each segment, you'll get elements of the complementary technique. The moves are sequenced to work alternating muscle groups just when you can't do another rep, you move on to a new area. Lower-impact modifications also provided. Requires a body bar.
