Manolo Fernandez - El Caballero Del Tango

Manolo Fernandez was a well known stage and film actor and singer who was quite popular in Cuba. During the 1950's he headed the local artists union in Havana and fought for the rights of many of his fellow musicians for which he was highly revered. Fernandez' expertise at tango music made him very popular in Argentina and all over South America. This rare album, recorded in Miami in the early seventies, offers a prime example of his naturally affinity for the style. All selections newly re-mastered.
