Import collection of recordings from the Canadian musician best known as the lead vocalist and guitarist for the Five Man Electrical Band. The Five Man Electrical Band were best known for their 1971 Emmerson-penned hit single, "Signs,". Les Emmerson also recorded as a solo artist, charting in Canada with "Cry Your Eyes Out.". The Sound City Sessions form just a small part of the actual sessions Les Emmerson recorded for Sound City in the '70s and most if not all of these sessions remained in the vaults until this release.
