This is one of Leroy Simmonds' best-known songs, with a melancholy voice that is irresistible. It was a hit in the U.K. at the time and was later remade by other labels such as Ariwa, but this is the first take. The reverse side is a Lovers Rock version of 'Come On Sister,' which also has a disco/funk take.
