Late Fame

Back in the '70s, SoHo resident Ed Saxberger (Willem Dafoe) got a book of poetry published... and after it was summarily ignored, he chucked his literary aspirations for a postal clerk's quiet neighborhood life. Now, a clique of well-off young Manhattanite poseurs have deemed him ripe for rediscovery-and their would-be elder statesman's got no idea how to deal with their adulation. Dramedy adapted from the Arthur Schnitzler novella also stars Edmund Donovan, Greta Lee, Jake Lacy, Clay Singer. 96 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
