Yugoslavian-born San Franciscan/pianist Larry Vuckovich draws from his ethnic background as well as his blues roots, creating a warm & rich statement. He mixes his idioms with skill & is aided in no small measure by Bobby Hutcherson on marimba & vibes, as well as Erik Golub on viola & violin.
