L7 - Fake Friends / Witchy Burn

L7 takes on Joan Jett and The Blackhearts' 1983 hit Fake Friends, an anthem which addresses duplicity with as much relevancy as the original. Emboldened by L7's unmistakable style and sneer, Joan Jett herself joins the band on background vox and rhythm guitar which creates a unique and nuanced track. "Fake Friends", along with L7's brand new original "Witchy Burn," will be released by Blackheart in 2020 as a black vinyl 7" as well as on all digital platforms.
