FIVE O' ONE NINE - The Album by Kevan Keeler Born in the 60's, livin' in the 70's, reflecting on those long hot summer nights in Semaphore Park, when half an hour seemed like an eternity. Practising drums, with the stereo blasting, with one eye on the clock, so I could finish, get outside, ride my bike down the beach with the kids from the neighbourhood. Onward to the 80's, when pub rock was king. The practice paid off. The decade where we spent countless hours in rehearsal rooms and on stages, absorbing the alcohol, smoke and sweat. Staggering out on to the street more times than any of us will ever remember with any clarity, as the sun broke to usher in another day. Living the dream! The 90's merged in to a new century. Travelled the world, gigged, jammed and rocked with musicians from Indiana to London, Tokyo to Singapore, Bangkok to Vancouver...and all points in between. 11 original songs inspired by a lifelong obsession with Rock 'n' Roll, Pop Culture, Science Fiction, Comic Books and B grade Horror movies. Featuring 'The Amazing Bissonette Brothers' - Gregg Bissonette (Ringo Starr All Starr Band) and Matt Bissonette (Elton John Band) who have played on some of Rocks most historic albums. Aussie Rockers Dave Blight (Cold Chisel) & Steve Williams (Wa Wa Nee/Choirboys) are also featured on several tracks.
