Kate - O Vertigo!

2015 UK version of the Australian singer/songwriter's independently funded album. Kate lives between the worlds of classical music and contemporary pop. Her 2012 album, Nightflight, debuted at #2 on the ARIA album charts there, while previous releases Little Eve and Curiouser achieved gold and double-platinum sales. Kate has toured the world numerous times, and has played festivals such as Coachella, The Great Escape, Lilith Fair, Splendour In The Grass, and the Woodford Folk Festival. She recently performed her first headline show at the Sydney Opera House as part of the Vivid LIVE festival. Trained as a classical singer at the Queensland Conservatorium, Kate recently performed at the Metropolitan Opera in New York in John Adams' The Death of Klinghoffer. She has performed several roles for the English National Opera, and in Jerry Springer The Opera at the Sydney Opera House.
