After Monica (Denise Richards) finally proposes to her boyfriend Shane (Patrick Muldoon), the two are too busy planning their wedding to notice a pair of bumbling thieves planning to burglarize the entire neighborhood on the wedding day! Monica's two kids, their beloved family pup Houdini, and the rest of the neighborhood puppy pals must devise a plan to stop the robbers and save the neighborhood!
