New York rapper Jimmy Spicer was one of the first clients of behemoth rap management company RUSH, and recorded a handful of important singles in the early 1980s. The best of the bunch was his sole outing for Spring 'Money (Dollar Bill Y'All') which rides a crunch funk beat, and has become a much sampled classic. The original 7-inch mix is reissued here for the first time.
