Jerusalem/ Chicago Arts Orchestra/ Mendoza - Al Combate: Rediscovered Galant Music 18th Century

Chicago Arts Orchestra's debut release portrays New Spain as a Mecca of baroque and gallant music through a selection of works by two of colonial Mexico's most prolific and influential composers: Jerusalem, a master of the gallant style and Billoni, who helped shape late baroque repertoire.
