Recorded in Los Angeles and produced by Tim Roth rock (Beck, Elliot Smith, Badly Drawn Boy), the album sees Blunt draw on various life experiences for inspiration, including his spell in the army serving as part of a NATO peacekeeping unit in Kosovo.
