Girls of the Sun

A French journalist (Emmanuelle Bercot) journeyed to Kurdistan to embed with a most unusual battalion-comprised of Yazidi women who'd escaped the grasp of ISIS insurgents and who were now fighting to reclaim their village. As she follows the squad's ex-lawyer topkick (Golshifteh Farahani) on it's mission, she might find more of a story than she had bargained for, in Eva Husson's controversial combat opus.
