French chanteuse Geneviève headlined The Plaza Hotel's Persian Room in Manhattan after becoming a star on TV and on Jack Parr's "Tonight Show" in which she got laughs with her broken English. She also toured the country starring in "Can-Can" and "Silk Stockings," as well as "Irma la Douce" and "The Genevieve Show." This is the first-ever CD of her recordings including songs from "Can-Can".
