Boston, 1978: The wee-hours warehouse rendezvous between an IRA emissary (Cillian Murphy), a black market arms dealer (Sharlto Copley), and their respective brokers (Brie Larson, Armie Hammer) was supposed to have gone down quickly and quietly.
