The film accompanied Maria Bethania from Rio de Janeiro, at the 2016 Mangueira parade, following the construction of the Samba School Carnival, to the singer's hometown, recording the singer's family and religious environment, in addition to the parties in Santo Amaro of Purification. "Fevereiros" gathers testimonies from Maria Bethânia, Caetano Veloso, Chico Buarque, from the Carnival of Mangueira Leandro Vieira, from the historian Luiz Antonio Simas, from the poet Mabel Velloso, Bethânia's sister, and from the flag of Mangueira Squel Jorgea.
