An ambitious project recorded in 1979, Italo-disco funk outfit Ferrara released the concept album 'Wuthering Heights', a funky disco musical of sorts, with lyrics written by Phylliss Ahlert based on Emily Bronte's famous novel. Arranged, composed, conducted and produced by John Ferrara; the album features a funk rhythm section backed by a huge cast of horn and reed players, plus a large collection of vocalists including the great Angela Bofill. The album has gone on to become a highly sought after collector's item on vinyl, and is presented here, newly remastered with the addition of four bonus tracks, including the original 7" vinyl mix of "Shake It Baby Love," the 12" vinyl mix of "Love Attack," plus a "Love Attack" medley and bonus "Love Attacks Again."
