The Feeling - who have sold over two million records in the UK and established themselves as one of the UK's foremost purveyors of exquisite pop music - make a very welcome return with the release of their new album, 'Together We Were Made'. 'Together We Were Made' is a Feeling record that sounds, unashamedly, like the Feeling, but with a host of new twists and turns to explore. Their third album was recorded in frontman Dan Gillespie Sells' home (and the band's studio) a converted East London pub decorated in glorious, post-WW11, end-of-an-Empire style and rechristened the Dog House. The band worked alongside the Freemasons to produce the album, with the Brighton dance duo adding "fairy-dust" to the these new tracks, including the reggae-scented 'Another Soldier', which considers how it feels to have to fight for things all the time. "You know that feeling when you're not in control?" Dan asks. "Horrible." the raucous 'Come And Get It' was inspired by the soundtrack to Bugsy Malone. "We have stupid parties here," Dan says of the Dog House. "The song is a nod to being completely stupid and jubilant and decadent". 'Leave Me Out of It' features a duet with Sophie Ellis-Bextor while the band's innate way with a ballad is well displayed on 'Say No', which has a rich, Gospel edge. 'Together We Were Made' follows 2006's multi-platinum selling 'Twelve Stops and Home' and 2008's Number One album 'Join with Us'.
