A bus tour of Barcelona becomes a living nightmare for a bunch of American travelers, as they find themselves preyed upon by a psycho in red rain gear who begins to take them out one by one. And as if simply murdering his victims wasn't enough, the killer leaves behind a grisly calling card by slicing up their left eye.
