Yet, again! Another talented Irish artist is emerging to the top. Ireland's blues rock star Eamonn McCormack releases his new double album titled: Like there's no tomorrow This eighteen-track gem showcases McCormack as a sincere passionate singer who writes heart felt songs topped up by his World Class unique guitar playing that will send shivers down many a listeners spine. Consisting of eleven full power electric tracks on disc 1 and seven acoustic based tracks on disc 2. It's all blues-rock based to the core and a very diverse offering that sees Eamonn & Co stir his ship down Rock, Rock 'n Roll, Folk, and funky territories as well as some downhearted blues!!!! Electric highlights include a Rocker where Eamonn warns America to watch out the Writing's on the Wall, also a funky fiery song with tongue in cheek lyrics about Internet stars on you tube! A live slow blues studio take called Still missing you guaranteed to rattle your bones. The acoustic disc opens with a chilling tribute to Rory Gallagher titled: No Airs and Graces followed by a beautiful number You take my blues away about Eamonn's baby daughter. There are only three covers, one is a not so well know song by Phillip Lynott called One Wish (Phil demoed it, but never released it) and a stripped down solo acoustic version of Jimi Hendrix's Angel. In the past, Eamonn for sure paid his dues and sharpened his craft as he played, toured and recorded with everyone from Rory Gallagher to ZZ Top and Johnny Winter to Walter Trout, so it's safe to say his Bona Fide's are certainly in order. As a live performer, So, in Irish Blues rock football terms, the emerald Isle of Ireland is about to score a Hat trick with a real welcome follow up to the late great's Rory Gallagher and Gary Moore. Undoubtedly, McCormack is a true modern blues-rock guitar legend in the making
