Duran Duran - Notorious

Limited double 180 gram vinyl LP pressing of this 1986 album by the British new wave/pop band. Notorious is the fourth studio album by Duran Duran. Produced by the band with Nile Rodgers, the album showcased a new musical direction for the band, emphasizing bass and brass as exemplified by the singles "Notorious" and "Skin Trade". Though they had intended to reconvene after a long break once their 1984 tour had ended, by the time the band recorded Notorious, the original quintet had become a trio with the departures of drummer Roger Taylor and guitarist Andy Taylor. Though some of Andy's guitar playing does appear on the album, producer Nile Rodgers and new guitarist Warren Cuccurullo.
