Duplex

In director Danny DeVito's darkly funny tale, Ben Stiller and Drew Barrymore are Alex and Nancy, a young couple who move out of their cramped Manhattan apartment after buying a "perfect" Brooklyn duplex. The fly in the ointment is the elderly tenant (Eileen Essel) who lives in the rent-controlled upstairs apartment.
