Driftin' River (1946) - Singing horse trader Eddie and his pal Soapy are heading to the Morgan Ranch to buy horses for the army. However some of conspirators from Dow City fear if the army gets those fresh horses law and order will come to their frontier town and to protect their schemes they must stop Eddie The Westward Trail (1948) -Easterners Ann Howard and brother Tom have just bought a ranch out west and when they arrive they meet singing rancher Eddie and his sidekick Soapy. Soon Eddie is helping the Ann, Tom and other ranchers against Larson and his gang who are after everyone's land
