Dog Town 3

Dim-witted Bob Wags is the new mayor of Dogtown. Bob visits everybody in town to find out how he can best serve them as Mayor. After hearing everyone out Bob realizes it will not be easy to satisfy everyone. Meanwhile his rival, Barney Lockjaw is spreading false stories about Bob. Will Bob win his town's heart while thwarting his rival's devious plans?
