Doctor Who - The Fugitive Doctor (New Packaging) Figure

Figures in this collectable series are frozen in a 'Moment in Time' pose which is detailed on the collectors box.

The Fugitive Doctor is a mysterious incarnation of the Doctor who worked for the Division (a kind of Time Lord special forces group) before making a run for it and hiding on Earth in human form.

Since the Doctor's memory had been interfered with, we never learned how the Fugitive Doctor fits into the timeline.
