Giuseppe Tartini's "Devil's Trill Sonata" is one of the most famous and dramatic violin sonatas of the Baroque era, known as much for the legend behind it as for it's technical brilliance. In this new collection from Alto, this famous work is paired with Tartini's "Didone abbandonata" sonata and Vivaldi's Five Double Violin Concertos. All performed by the legendary violinist David Oistrakh.
