Danny D'Imperio - The Upstate Burners, Live At The Rum Keg Lounge

On June 3, 1979, Nick Brignola joined Danny D'Imperio's group at Cortland's Rum Keg Lounge for an evening of high caliber/high energy playing. This was a "Take no Prisoners" gig for Brignola. What resulted is a truly great example of jazz from nowhere, or as Danny would describe it, a fine example of the Italian-American roots of jazz in central New York. An outstanding program of music.
