Controllers - For the Love of My Woman

On the 1987 fifth album from the Soul/R&B band originally released on the MCA label. There is some smooth deep soul mixed with up-tempo songs on here. Key tracks include the love tunes "My Secret Fantasy" "Sleeping Alone". The band consisting of Reginald McArthur (baritone lead), Ricky Lewis (tenor lead), Larry McArthur and Leonard Brown. The Soul Controllers, as they were then called in the beginning, recorded their first single, called "Right on Brother, Right On". It became a regional hit while they were still attending Fairfield High School. They released their debut album 'In Control' in 1977.
