Before becoming Computers Want Me Dead, Sam Harvey and Damian Daniels each lived their own classic tale of boy meets synthesizer, boy falls into a love affair of creating music into the deep, dark, witching hours of the night in front of a luminous computer monitor. Now as NZ's favourite electronic duo, they release their debut, self-titled EP; the soundtrack to a sparkling and noisy dream where synths, drum machines and electronic sounds weave amongst each other on the verge of some wondrous binary induced chaos. Computers Want Me Dead have proved an intriguing yet accessible favourite, with singles storming NZ airwaves at both alternative and commercial radio, being synced to a major VW car campaign and snapped up as the channel ID for NZ's biggest Music TV channel, C4. Their single 'We Walk in Circles (Circles)' has reached NZ GOLD certification and other singles 'In Your Blood' and 'Letters and Numbers' are following closely, both spending time at the top of digital charts.
