Cliff Richard's sixth studio album for Columbia and his only album release for 1962, 32 Minutes & 17 Seconds maintained his position near the top of the charts, peaking at #3 in the UK and spending some five months on the listings. The album, which featured six tracks by Cliff and the Shadows and the remaining eight by Cliff with Norrie Paramor and His Orchestra, also gave rise to the hit single It'll Be Me, a #2 success ahead of the album's release.
