Claire Luce - Colette's Music Hall (L'envers Du Music-Hall)

French music hall is similar to vaudeville in it's origins and performers. Colette knew a great deal about this milieu, and she wrote about it with compassion and humor. Claire Luce and Julie Haydon Nathan, ardent devotees of Colette, recorded some of her lesser-known stories about backstage life in French music halls.
