American ex-military Michael Sanders (Armie Hammer) moved to Europe to assume the handling of his late father's real estate business... but his avocation was to prowl the streets as the Citizen Vigilante, dealing his brand of justice on migrant criminals he deems the law too soft on. Can he remain a step ahead of the Interpol cop (Costas Mandylor) determined to end his campaign? Uwe Boll's lightning-rod actioner also stars Désirée Giorgetti, Steffen Mennekes. 89 min. Widescreen; Soundtrack: English.
