Digitally remastered and expanded two CD edition. In 1991, the Pet Shop Boys founded their own record label, Spaghetti Recordings, and their first signing was 21 year old David Cicero; the album Future Boy, completely written by Cicero, was released a year later with significant input by the Pet Shop Boys on key tracks. They also produced the last track Cicero ever recorded for Spaghetti Recordings, the non-album single 'Live For Today'; this was a duet with seasoned session singer Sylvia Mason-James that featured on the soundtrack of 'The Crying Game'. This is the first time that Future Boy has been re-issued as an expanded edition. This 26-track package is the definitive collection of all known Cicero tracks released during his Spaghetti Recordings years. Disc One contains the original album and all the experimental, techno-styled, sample-laden b-sides from his five Spaghetti Recordings singles. Disc Two contains all the single edit, extended versions and variant remixes of the singles taken from the album as well as the non-album single, 'Live For Today'. Two of the mixes of 'Live For Today', the 'Club Mix' and the 'Underground Dub' were remixed by Judge Jules and there is an appearance by celebrated percussionist Pandit Dinesh on the album track 'Then'. This special edition is presented in a mini-LP styled sleeve and is complete with a richly illustrated 16 page booklet with an all new introduction written by Cicero himself.
