DVD. A superb performance by Tim Roth drives this powerful, emotionally-charged drama. While working with the terminally ill patients he cares for, in-home nurse David Wilson (Roth) is fiercely dedicated to his job. But as he battles chronic depression outside of work, David comes to realize that the time he spends with his charges is just as important to him as it is to them.
