Critically acclaimed vibraphonist follows up his intensely personal 1999 release "Uncrowned Kings" with another exemplary effort which showcases his fast-as-the-wind, whistle-clean mallet work & on-target musical instincts. This piano-less trio setting features former Charles Mingus sideman, alto sax man Charles McPherson, as well as Bruce Forman.
