Busty & the Bass - Eddie

Vinyl LP pressing. 2020 release. Eddie is the sophomore album from Montreal-based 8-piece soul-jazz collective Busty and the Bass. Eddie pulls from a 60 year history of soul, funk and jazz and distills it into a record that feels both timeless and of-the-moment. Old school legends of the form, like George Clinton and Macy Gray, lend their talents to new school sounds that share a lane with contemporaries like Anderson.Paak and the Free Nationals.
