Brothers Griiin - Joy City

Limited colored vinyl LP pressing. Though conjured as a party record, Joy City came together during two years of love, loss, depression, and aggression in a world ravaged by political and physical disease. Joy City is deeply personal and a body of work that served as a point of focus, a vessel of energy and positivity to keep the Brothers afloat in intense times. Songs like Joy City Part 1 (and Part 2!) and Future Thoughts are outlets of anger and gestures of love and support for marginalized members of their community.
