In London's East End, 17-year-old Del Quant (Del Walker) and his mates were looking to move up from their failed attempts at petty robbery, and sought to get on the criminal coattails of just-out-of-Borstal Jo "Bronco Bullfrog" Saville (Sam Shepherd).
