Tulsa radio DJs Phil Stone and Brent Douglas created the comic antagonist of Roy D. Mercer in the 1990s. Their pranks are generally designed to get someone's goat while getting the entire listening audience to laugh. They've sold more than 3.5 million comedy albums to date, and this represents their greatest "fits."
