The Bluesfest music festival is in it's 19th successful year in Australia and this year it expands to other states as a travelling tour. This double CD profiles the bands featured on the 2008 line-up and it will feature their most well-known songs. Blues fest suggests the event only has blues acts but organizers actually select an eclectic line-up of international and local artists and they will be profiled on this release. Bands on the 2008 line-up include; the cruel sea, the McClymonts, Xavier Rudd, KT Tunstall, the Audreys, Seasick Steve, the Cat Empire, John Butler Trio, Ozomatli, the Black Crows and many many more!
