Western legend Lee Van Cleef stars as Billy Joe Cudlip, the ex-leader of an outlaw gang who unexpectedly strikes up a friendship with the mining company bigwig (Antonio Sabato) he and his pals stole a tidy sum of cash from. Cudlip gives up his nefarious ways and becomes a town sheriff, but it's not long before he finds his new job putting him at odds with his former allies who have no plans to go straight anytime soon.
