The greater Lansing, Michigan area vocalist/pianist Betty Joplin presents her second album, applying her unique vocal styling to some of the greatest standards ever written. This Grammy-nominated singer's voice is a mix of Nancy Wilson's sultriness, Dinah Washington's sassiness and Aretha Franklin's soul and spirituality.
