Left a remote hotel by her grandmother, Ruthie Nodd (Gayle Rankin) opted for a week's stay there with lover Cal (Hari Nef), ex Fran (Annabelle Dexter-Jones) and friend Maddie (Rad Pereira) before unloading it.
