Directed by Herald Zwart and based on the first book of the Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Clare, City of Bones tells the story of a seemingly ordinary teenage girl, Clary Fray, who enters on a quest when her mom is attacked and taken from their home in NYC by a demon.
